The Student Summer Fellowship Program is for bright, motivated undergraduate or first year graduate or medical students who are considering a career in neuroscience.

  • Jessica Tai working with Jayeeta Basu, PhD at NYU School of Medicine on Alzheimer’s Disease
    IES Brain Research Foundation Monique C. & George L. Braude Summer Fellowship in Neuroscience
  • Louis Weber working with Bonnie Firestein, PhD at Rutgers University on Traumatic Brain Injury
  • Grace Prochilo working with Naoki Kaneko, MD, PhD at UCLA on Ischemic stroke
  • Ashleigh Waterman working with Ann West, MD, PhD at Duke University on Drug Addiction

As of this summer, this totally volunteer run will have given 122 Summer Fellowships in Neuroscience to bright, motivated undergrads, med & grad students interested in brain research!

The fellowships are made possible by all who attend the fundraising events and those who donate. Thank you for helping and continuing to help us fight brain diseases, and to all those who have participated in events and made generous donations.
